Students are awarded achievement points in recognition of effort in various aspects of their school work, by teachers and support staff throughout the school day. Points are recorded electronically and can be exchanged each term for a range of rewards. A catalogue of available rewards is published on The Coleshill School website, and students have access to a paper catalogue during tutor time.

Achievement Points are awarded in the following areas: · 
     
Sustained Commitment to Learning  - 4 points ·     
SPIRIT-  3 points ·        
Home Learning – 2 points ·       
Ready to Learn – 1 point

Star prizes are offered each term for one student in each house who has made the most improvement, and students earning over 200 points a term are entered into a prize draw for a £25 voucher. Students achieving 100% attendance during a term are awarded 50 bonus achievement points. At the end of the academic year, our highest three point earners in each house are awarded a £50 voucher of their choice.
