In excess of one hundred staff work on site, forty as support staff and the remainder as teachers. We hold Investors in People status and are committed to pursuing the Professional Development of all individuals.

Middle Managers are encouraged to participate in the National College for School Leadership ‘Leading From the Middle’ training programme.

The Senior Management Team are able to study towards Leadership Pathways or the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers.

NQTs participate in the Warwickshire NQT induction programme thus facilitating communication between schools and the sharing of good practice.
